How to Success in law of Attraction

Success in law of Attraction

Law of Attraction is a tool that helps us feel joy and contentment, keeps us motivated to work on our present without feeling disappointed and helps us feel in control of our destiny. It is based on the logic that “you reap what you sow”. In this case, our thoughts are the seeds that we sow in the universe. The way we shout out our names in the mountains and hear them echoed back — that is precisely how the universe operates. It reflects what we scream at it. Therefore, this philosophy suggests that positive thoughts attract positive outcomes while the opposite is true for negative thoughts.

As humans, each of us experiences anxious thoughts, but an individual who has fully grasped this law will be able to efficiently practice letting go of the negativity toward our future and replacing it with positive and healthy thoughts. What we ought to practice is sending out positive, gratitude-filled vibrations rather than being ungrateful and dissatisfied with our present.

Practice the law of attraction

As children, when we wanted a particular dress, teddy or even a pencil, our mind would constantly dream of it. We would visualise scenes in which we are wearing that dress or would imagine ourselves writing with that unique looking pencil. As we grew older, we forgot to dream or fixate our minds on the things that we wanted. Instead, our minds think of all hindrances that would come in the way of us getting what we want. To keep our focus fixated on our desired object, feeling or way of life, we must cultivate certain habits.

1.        Positive self-talk. Replace “I will not be able to do…” with “I will be able to…."

2.        Visualise, start journaling, make mood boards — imagine that what you want is right within your reach and not far beyond it.

3.        Meditate and focus. When we are overwhelmed with negative thoughts, our focus is lost. Our rationale is blurred, and we forget about all the many possibilities of things going in our favour. Therefore, to calm our anxious minds, we must meditate and focus on the good.

4.        Replace fear with positive affirmations. Instead of “I am afraid of the dark”, we must instruct our minds and say, “I will conquer my fear of the dark, and I will be safe”.

5.        Practice acceptance and gratitude. This means to surrender to the universe and believe in the goodness of what we currently have. Constant dissatisfaction with our lives only brings us disappointment and unhappiness.

6.        Simple behavioural changes. By replacing complaints with appreciation, worry with faith, anger with calm and cynicism with optimism, we begin to feel better about our situations. We may always be in control of the problem, but a change in our perspective makes us feel less helpless.

We hope that reading this article makes you aware of your thoughts and shows you ways in how altering your thoughts and perceptions can help change your reality. Don’t forget to worry less about the future and be present in the present.
